About

I was Resident Writer for Theatre Centre back in 1983/4, then for Temba in 1986/7 and in 2009/11 I was Associate Writer at Theatre by the Lake, Keswick. Recently I have been a Royal Literary Fund Fellow working with students and staff at various universities including Brunel University, St Mary’s University, Twickenham and UWL. I am currently RLF Fellow at UCLH.

When I’m not doing all that, I write stage plays for adults and for young audiences, television and radio scripts and novels.  I also run workshops for writers and for various RLF Social Sector projects.
